Some merchandise selection on our website varies from our stores. You may contact the store where you saw the item and they will place an order for you, using either a Visa or MasterCard.

Since we make limited quantities of our apparel, not all items that sell-out will be re-stocked. You can contact our office at 91-22-24972794 for inquiries on availability and about placing an order for the same.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be authorized for the entire amount of the order at the time of purchase. Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation, confirming that your order was completed.

My credit card was declined, but the charge is showing on my credit card account. Why is the charge still showing on my credit card?
The "charges" that are appearing on your credit card account are pre-authorization holds. They are not charges; however, your card company may be temporarily holding those funds. Your card may have declined due to A) Your BILLING address entered does not exactly match the BILLING address that your card company has on file; or B) Your card company is declining your transaction because of insufficient funds or another reason from your card company. Please contact your card company to release any pending holds from zooni.net if you received an ERROR response that matches any of the reasons above. Zooni has no control of the grace period for releasing authorized funds, particularly debit card funds.

How quickly will my order ship and when can I expect delivery?
Your order will be processed and shipped within the time frame 10-14 business days.

Do you accept phone orders?
Yes we do accept phone orders at our given numbers, however, the payment for the same will need to be made from your end into our account (the details of which will be provided at the time of order) and once that is complete we will process your order. Please contact one of our stores or offices and they will be happy to place a special order for you.

How do I modify or cancel my order?
Once placed we cannot cancel an order, but it can be modified if changed before 3 days of the order being submitted.

I just ordered something, but now it's on sale. Do you honor price adjustments?
Yes, we do issue price adjustments. However, your order must have been placed no more than 14 days before the price change was made. Please contact our Customer Service department at 91-22-4972794 to see if you are eligible for a price adjustment.

What are the delivery time frames?
As each order is newly made for you, your shipment arrives anytime between 10 to 14 business days. In the event of any unforeseen circumstance it could take up to 21 days as well.

Do you ship to APO/FPO military addresses or P.O. Boxes?
Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to ship to overseas addresses and PO boxes, as well as APO/FPO military addresses.

Do you save my billing and shipping information so I don't have to enter it each time I place an order?
If you are a registered user on zooni.net and have signed in, the current address we have on file for you will automatically show up in Step 2 (Billing Address) of the Checkout process. You will be able to make any revisions at this time or enter in a different "Ship To" address.

What is your return policy for item(s) purchased online? How do I return the items?
Online purchases may be EXCHANGED within 30 days of receipt. The merchandise must be unworn with all original tags attached to garments. You can return your merchandise by shipping it back to the address listed on the enclosed paperwork in your package. If somehow this information is not provided, you may use the address listed on the outside of your package. We suggest you either insure the return or require a signature.

We do not provide return labels. All returns and exchanges are done at the customer's expense.

I forgot my password. What do I do now?
When you click on "My Account" to log in you'll see a link "Forgot your Password". Your password will be sent to you via email within 24 hours. If you do not receive an email, please email us info@zooni.net and we will verify your account and reset your password.
